Rents & Security Deposit

2024 Year Standard Rents are:

• 3 Bedroom:  $1,475.00 per month
• 2 Bedroom:  $1,179.00  per month

The Security Deposit is one and a half month’s rent

• Refundable upon departure if not required to repair damage to the unit

Rent Abatement

• A Tenant who has a financial set back, e.g., loss of a job, may apply to the Foundation for lower rent for a period of time. Each application is considered and the decision to grant an abatement is made by the Board.
