The Summit Civic Foundation

• Is a private non-profit organization as described in Section 501 (c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and is exempt from Federal and State Income Taxes.
• Pays real estate taxes to Summit on the Foundation property
• Housing is served by Summit’s Police and Fire Departments and by other City agencies.
• Maintains an informal liaison with the Summit Housing Authority.
