2023 Year Standard Rents are:
- 3 Bedroom: $1,446.00 per month
- 2 Bedroom: $1,156.00 per month
The Security Deposit is one and a half month’s rent
- Refundable upon departure if not required to repair damage to the unit
Rent Abatement
- A Tenant who has a financial set back, e.g., loss of a job, may apply to the Foundation for lower rent for a period of time. Each application is considered and the decision to grant an abatement is made by the Board.
