The Summit Civic Foundation - Is a private non-profit organization as described in Section 501 (c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and is exempt from Federal and State Income Taxes.
- Pays real estate taxes to Summit on the Foundation property
- Housing is served by Summit's Police and Fire Departments and by other City agencies.
- Maintains an informal liaison with the Summit Housing Authority.
