Two-Family House

Each two family house:

• Is divided into two completely independent duplex units.

Each duplex unit has:

• A living room and kitchen on the first level (Stove is Provided).
• A bathroom and two or three bedrooms on the second level.
• A basement
• Central air conditioning
• Gas water heater & gas furnace.
• Washer and dryer hookups in the basement.
• An outside entrance to the basement.
• A dedicated driveway and parking space for one or two cars.
