  • Complete an Application that asks for financial information, employment history, family size, and past addresses.
  • References are required.
  • Applicants must agree to verification of the financial data supplied and a background check
  • The Applications are reviewed and two members of the Board interview applicants.
  • The Applicant is selected by the Board
  • The Foundation does not maintain a waiting list.
