  • Tenants must agree to verification of the financial data they supply
  • Each application is first considered by the Board of Trustees
  • Two members of the Board of Trustees interview applicants approved by the Board
  • The Foundation does not maintain a  waiting list because the turnover of houses is slow compared with the churn of waiting lists we used in the past.
