The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees and elected officers; President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. - Trustees serve without pay
- Trustees are residents of Summit and nearby communities who have an interest in affordable housing. Each Trustee has a particular competency needed by the Board.
- The Foundation has a paid property manager that oversees the day to day operations and maintenance of the Foundation's property and is the liaison with the tenants.
